The Plague

Just before school was over, the Schuster house was hit with what I have fondly referred to at the plague (more commonly known as Hand Foot and Mouth). John got it first. At first we thought it was a bad diaper rash. (It first appeared on his bottom...which apparently is a very common place.) Once we knew what he had, I was pretty sure Noah was going to have it too... After all, they had eaten off the same spoon the night before. It made me so sad for them. Thankfully, Hunter did not get it. Oddly, the boys had their "spots" in different places.

Not feeling well.

So sad

I washed my hands so much to try to keep from spreading it that I had very sore hands.

Mother's Day...

...was that really two months ago?!?!?!

Mother's Day is always extra special when we have a new baby in the house. Each Mother's Day, families at our church dedicate their children to the Lord. This year, we got to dedicate Hunter.

And of course, they boys always treat mommy like a queen on Mother's Day. I'm so blessed to have such a sweet little family!

The big boys were so good while we were up front.

Sweet little family
