Happy One Month, John!

It seems impossible that John is a month old today... He had his one month check up today, in fact. He now weighs 10 pounds, 4 ounces. He's in the 75th percentile for both height and weight. He had a great check up. But next week he's having an ultrasound on his hips. Apparently, it's standard for breech babies. They check to see if the hip socket is loose, which can happen because of their position in the womb. If it is, he'll need a harness for a few months. We're praying he won't need the harness.

Whenever the camera appears, Noah wants his picture taken...

I think we're starting to adjust. Noah is definitely adjusting. He's still having trouble being obedient. He's figured out he can get away with stuff when I'm nursing John. I'm not really sure what to do about that... Any ideas? (Yelling and making idol threats doesn't count.)

John is a good eater and sleeper. It seems during the day he would sleep for a rather long time if I didn't wake him. But, I try to wake him so that he eats every 3 hours during the day.

Noah always asks where John is if we come out without him. He wants to hold him all the time too. He thinks he's big enough to pick him up...

We're dying for some nice weather. Noah needs to get out and burn some energy... We've had a few nice days, but it's still really wet. I'm certainly ready for spring!
