When I take a shower, I always put Noah in his room with the gate up. I got him into his room and put the gate up. Noah said he wanted his frog. I threw him over the gate. Noah handed him back to me and said, "Don't throw him. Can you hand him to me?" (Now where do you suppose he's heard that before?)
He asked where his friend, Canon, lives. I said Eureka. He said "My-reka."
Noah is always saying, "I almost fell down," or "I almost burped," when in fact he he did do whatever he said he "almost" did.
Noah asked me one morning if I had a boo-boo from my glasses. I said no. He then pointed to a blemish on my forehead.
Whenever I say something silly or do something silly, I say "ding dong." We were at Dewy's (a very yummy pizza place). I asked our server for a 1/2 cup of milk for Noah. She brought it back and said it was a little more than half full. She sat it down in front of Noah and he said, "Ding dong." Luckily, I'm pretty sure she didn't hear him.
Noah was playing in the "not so great room," as Greg calls it. He said out of the blue, "Thank you, my good mudder."
He was sitting on his potty and said, "Do you hear the pee-pees going in there?"
I had to run into the Family Christian Store. My mom staying in the car with the boys so I could just get in and out. Noah said to my mom, "Is that Dick's?" It was indeed.
A few weeks ago, as we were about to leave church, one of our friends asked Noah what was in the case as she pointed to a soft guitar case over some one's shoulder. Noah said, "A gun."
I had the boys at a meeting with me. I put Noah in the stroller so he was contained. He said to the lady next to me, "I like your shoes." A bit later, he told me he wanted to get out. I said no. The next thing I know, he's out. He had told the lady how to get him out of the stroller. He had just buttered her up... Smart fellow.
Noah told my mom to sit by him on the floor. She told him she wanted to sit on the chair, he said, "Come sit by me, I told you."
